As the festive season approaches, the SSA-TS Communities of Practice would like to wish you a very happy holiday season.

In 2026, we will relaunch our monthly lunchtime conferences, a unique opportunity to get together to discuss key topics and enrich our practices. The first meeting is scheduled for January 21, 2026.

The Communautés de pratiques Systèmes de santé apprenants et Trajectoires de soins are pleased to announce that they are co-organizing the symposium « 103 – Territorialisation et décloisonnement des soins et services de santé: une perspective interdisciplinaire » which will take place in hybrid mode during the 93rd ACFAS Congress, on Thursday, May 14, 2026!
